Stephan Takasaki, D.O. is a Sports Medicine Physician at Monument Health Orthopedic & Specialty hospital. Dr. Takasaki has a fellowship from Maine Dartmouth Sports Medicine in Augusta, ME and trained at the Rapid City Family Medicine Residency. Previously, Dr.
Takasaki secured a Doctorate from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, in Wildlife Wildlands Conservation. Dr. Takasaki is certified in Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Advanced Trauma Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. In his free time, Dr. Takasaki loves playing any team sports – especially football – skiing, wakeboarding/surfing, ice climbing, weightlifting, eating good food, watching movies and traveling to cool places.
