Tim Burson, M.D., is a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon at Monument Health Neuroscience Center in Rapid City. Dr. Burson trained for a Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was Chief Resident at University Medical Center, John L. McClellan Veterans Administration Medical Center and Arkansas Children’s Hospital and completed Residency in Neurological Surgery at University Medical Center, all in Little Rock.
